Very nice RV park. Sites are on a hill next to casino, you need to be self contained as there are no bathrooms or showers. We stayed here for two days on our way back home. They have a problem with cracking concrete pads but they are repairing them. Sites are wide and long and easy to get into. They give you $10 back for the first night. Pretty area of Iowa. Would return in the future.

There are not many choices for parks in this area of Kansas. They were a KOA years ago. Bathrooms were terrible. Park has many permanent residents living there, to me this is not a good sign. We would not return and cannot recommend this park.

This is a very poor example of a KOA. It looks run down, and the sites not really level. My site had broken glass under the trailer, which I noticed after we set up. I told office they said "what type of glass"?? We would never return. There are loud city noise and sites so close together that we could not lower the awning.

Not many choices for this town. I made a real mistake staying here. Looks like a husband and wife team as owners. The wife was very nice. The park in her words is really a 50's park, that is an understatement. The few sites that could accommodate our rig were very small and difficult to navigate. The husband was actually very rude and not helpful. We cannot recommend this "RV park" even for one night.

This park is everything we hoped for. It was our home for a week, and everybody who works there are very customer oriented. It is important that they meet all your needs and they did just that. Very friendly and made you feel welcome. Showers and bathrooms were immaculate tiled with stone! Location to Williams was perfect, walk across the railroad tracks and there you are. We would return again. Cannot say enough of the great time we had here.

One of the finest RV resorts I have ever seen! The rates were amazing for all the services they rendered: free internet, free laundry. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this park for a day or a season!

Whats real about this campground is the beautiful view, no doubt. The sites are extremely close together and can be very rough and uneven. We could not open our awning at all because of the very narrow spaces provided. It can be a rather noisy place with lots of bikers. The restaurant is very overpriced and home style means very small servings, and the menu is very limited. We were there for three days, would not return if other parks in the area were available.

Very nice for a stop over. Pool and hot tub in hotel were relaxing. Staff very friendly, sites large with grass tables, and very clean. We would stay here again. Restaurant was good.

Its true, the strangest layout for a park! I was lucky and arrived around noon, so we were the first trailer on the island. I pulled in and out ok. But I would not stay there if I had to parallel park my 32' 5th wheeler, between other parked rv's! Staff was very friendly. There is a nice lounge and casino. The park was not quiet because of highway noise.

It is a very beautiful KOA. We had one of the open grassy sites, and it was well worth the expense. Breakfasts are poor, but the suppers are great, especially the ribs. You need to be careful in the grassy sites as they water every night. We will return.

Very Basic RV Park. No shower room or bathroom. Easy on from highway. Open field, OK for one night only.
